This artwork has been created for the exhibition ‘Layers of Connection’ at Artrium in Den Bosch, May 9^th – July 14^th 2025. Since I am still an urban designer at heart, I approached this theme in relation to the layered city of Den Bosch. Textiles and paint enter into a dialogue, creating new urban landscapes where the connection between history, buildings, public spaces, nature, and people takes center stage.

This artwork is made of high end upholstery fabric (amongst others: De Ploeg en Kvadrat) that form the base ‘canvas’ on which the layers of acrylic paint, paper and bandage have been added.
Size: 50 x 60 cm (canvas size), framed in koto wooden frame by a professional framer.
Shipping: you can either collect your artwork in Vught – The Netherlands – or I can arrange a courier to deliver it to you (additional charges apply).
